Our Body Building Boot Camp program is designed to build strength and fitness by implimating motivation, accountability, and dynamic resistance training that is designed to get you the body you want in a safe, fun, and non-intimidating atmosphere.
Expect to do the following calisthenics: Push-Ups, Lunges, Crunches, Resistance Band Exercises, Free-Weight Exercises.
This program is designed with bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activities.
Resistance Bands & Free-Weights are Available for Class.
